Goodbye Pants
From now on, it's all about the Market Skirt. I plan to make one for every day of the week. Not for me, for Katy, of course...
I have been itching to make this ever since I saw it on Dana's blog. I am not a terribly competent seamstress, by any stretch of the imagination...if that gives you any idea how easy this was. Her instructions are perfect! I got too impatient to actually make it to the store and buy fabric, so I just used scraps that I already had. I think it's adorable! I will be making more.

And yes, I did have to bribe her to let me take her picture. A 1$ bag of mini marshmallows works many miracles at our house. It has been quite the week with that Little Miss...but that's another blog post entirely...

that's adorable! Katy's not so bad, either. ;) I'm very impressed- it turned out so cute! And you've got the perfect little model for it, too.
So cute! (And the boots are the perfect accessory!) You should make one for Bria...I'll pay you! I had to laugh when I read you bribed MaKaty so she'd let you take her picture...I do that same thing with Bria all the time. Heheheh. One of the many reasons we call our girls Little Miss!!! ;)
I love it! I'm sure that pocket will come in very handy for any "treasures" she should find!
She's adorable!
If I send you my address will you send me a skirt? If you are a slightly incompetent seamstress than I am completely sewing disabled!
Sooooo cute! And that curly haired Katy with her her adorable skirt and boots is so perfect!
Way to go!! I am very impressed :) If I can get my life to stop spinning out of control, I just might make one.
I cannot believe how cute that is! I am NOT a seamstress by any stretch of the imagination, but I can only imagine the look my mo-in-law will give me if I tell her I want to do this project! It will be priceless!
Adorable!!!
How cute is that skirt! And of course the model is pretty dang cute herself! I am for sure going to try that one out! I am adding you to my blogroll too- hope thats ok!
That is too cute!!!
I love it! We should have a market skirt sewing party where we let the kids play and sew like mad! (I gotta get that playhouse built so they have somewhere to go...)
