Because I Know You Just Can't Get Enough

Here are some more pictures that Amy Hummel took of Cru. He was 9 days old. And so sweet.

He sleeps pretty much all the time. He rarely cries. He grunts a lot, though. Hannah thinks he is just the most adorable baby of all time. Seth thinks he is hilarious. (He pees when his diaper is off...what could be more funny than that?) And Katy thinks he is an intruder on her territory. She is sweet with him some of the time, but as time goes by, she is making it more and more clear that she was NOT ready to leave the "baby" role. I worry for him.

He is growing and changing so much. He is already having more awake time, and you can tell he is learning to focus those little eyes. He went to the doctor today, and has grown to 9 pounds 3 ounces, and is 21 inches. What a big big boy!

We are adjusting to life with four kids. It is still a learning experience every day. I rejoice on the days that I get a shower in! But already I can't imagine my life without Cru in it. Thank goodness for him being such a sweet mellow baby...although he may need to learn the lesson that the squeaky wheel gets the grease. It's survival of the fittest around here, dude...speak up!

I just want to kiss those cheeks!!! What a sweet, sweet boy. I know what you mean when you say you worry for him - I can't leave Easton alone with Noah with out something happening. I'm glad your surviving the mom of 4 thing!

I think Amy got the sweet deal, getting to be there for the delivery. It's nice to have had both Amy and Beka around to take such fabulous pictures so early. He's cute enough that I could probably even take a good picture of him though.
I like your brown crib set, by the way.
