Well, I went to instacare tonight. I just couldn't stop the coughing, and was worried that I might actually have an infection that was causing it...
I did.
So now I have a z-pack of antibiotics. And some cough suppressant. Normally he wouldn't have given me the cough suppressant, but as my coughing was "violent enough to rupture membranes" he thought it was best if we got it under control ASAP. I don't want my membranes to rupture with an active bacterial infection in the body. And I have an ear infection.
So there you go. No excitement. But perhaps after I get better from this...just being pregnant won't seem like such a bad thing anymore.
I can hope, right?

Oh Megan, I'm so sorry. You have every right to be miserable and just rest and get better. Have your hubby go get you a jamba juice and some yummy treats or something. Hopefully you will get better from all the cruddy sickness SOON and then just as soon as you do he will make his grand appearance. I'll keep my fingers crossed for ya!
sorry you don't feel good especially during the last few weeks of your pregnancy. Sorry if I was there I would bring you homemade chicken noodle soup and I would babysit

How stinky! It does NOT sound like a fun time. I hope the z-pack works soon and you feel better before the baby comes.
Only a short time left. You should start feeling better soon. I know that feeling of coughing while you are pregnant. When I was pregnant with Thomas I had such a bad cough that I ended up brusing my lungs from coughing, it sucked.
Oh man, I had two ear infections while pregnant with Q and I was so miserable. It was awful, I can't believe babies get them all the time, it's hideous!! I could hardly talk, I just walked around in a cloud like a big pregnant zombie because the first insta care told me it was just allergies. Then I went back to another one and by then my ears were bleeding and they finally gave me the Z-pack and I felt tons better in a couple of days! Hang in there! I so feel your pain! Good luck!

That sucks. Having a cough is bad enough when you just have to worry about peeing everytime you cough. Much less rupturing your membranes! Good luck.
