woosh woosh

It's a beautiful sound. I went to the doctor today, and heard the heartbeat. That little swishy noise was just so perfect. Perhaps it is because I have experienced what NOT hearing that sound means in the past, but I was so glad to hear it today. Yep, even though I am not ready to have four kids. Even though I'm not enjoying the process entirely. Even though the phrase "what were we thinking?" crosses my mind at least once a day...

In spite of all that...the swishy noise just became my favorite.

and by the way...for what it's worth...the doctor said it sounded like a boy.

Yay for hearing the heart beat! Everytime we heard Ella's heart beat, the Dr. would say that it was a girl's heart beat...and he was right! Hope your Dr. is, too!

Oh that post makes me so excited for you! You know I'm crossing my fingers for a boy. (But if I get a girl who loves me as much as Katy does, then I guess I'll survive. It's hard being the favorite...)

You will do great with 4. Honestly. People were FREAKING out when they knew I would have 4 kids 4 and under-- but it was fine.

You will love it.

I'm happy for you! And maybe little bit jealous, but only in the way that once you get what you wished for you think WHAT DID I GET MYSELF INTO NOW! :)

I love that, "sounded like a boy." I think that'd be perfect because I kind of want another little boy too. I'm glad everything is going well. Sorry if it still might seem a little overwhelming. You'll do great!
